I popped in here the day before the Ötillö Gothenburg race as I'd forgotten my shoes. I knew what I was after before getting there, but the guy behind the counter (annoyingly can't remember his name - but it was Friday 24th July PM if it helps!) was super friendly and helpful. He'd given me his advice on the shoe I'd chosen for the race and other recommendations given the timeframe I had. His interest in the race meant he also went above and beyond to give us some pre and post-race travel and food recommendations! For a shoe that I bought the day before the race, within 20mins I felt comfortable and very well supported. Glad to have discovered Icebug and this store.

I needed a pair of shoes for a hike and the man who helped me today was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even extended a bit after closing just to help. Thank you!
