Var där på morgonen 08.32. Oengagerad personal. Såg trötta och sura ut. Mycket skitigt i butiken. En personal nös rakt in i en kyldisk. En petade sig i näsan innan han tog i varorna som kom på bandet. Nä ingen trevlig upplevelse. Välj istället coop på sävastön. Mycket bättre butik på alla sätt och vis.

Subject: Positive feedback about an employee at ICA Sävasthallen Hello, I would like to share positive feedback about an employee at ICA Sävasthallen. I shopped there on 24 September 2026 at approximately 14:38. I had a question, and the woman at the checkout took the time to help me in a very kind, thoughtful and professional way. Because I do not speak Swedish well, I unfortunately could not thank her properly at the time. That is why I wanted to contact ICA centrally. Her kindness genuinely made me happy. Knowing that there are people who take the time to help others, even when there is a language barrier, meant a lot to me. I hope this feedback can be passed both to the employee and to her management. I believe good work should also be recognised, because appreciation can help motivate employees who make a positive difference. ICA Sävasthallen Date: 24.09.2026 Time: 14:38 Checkout: 01 Cashier: 14078 Receipt: 9530 Please pass on my sincere thanks to her. Kind regards, Ramazan Taşcı
