Three stars for a reason. But worth it. Warm welcome from the check in staff and bedroom clean a d tidy. Yea we had a small double, and yes small indeed but nothing wrong about that as bathroom adequate and clean. Bed comfortable. Storage can be an issue as not much space, but ok as only here for 3 nights. Breakfast great! All fantastic as loads to eat and lots of choice/ variety. Food for all and all styles from heavy to light and vegan to meat lovers. Also good juice and smoothies available, as well as tea and coffee available 24 hours. The lift is ok but small and slowish. Location ok, hard to spot the hotel at first glance as the sign could be lit up at night and also small. Some local shops for food snacks, close to the T and bus transport. . All good here happily recommend

La chambre propose le strict nécessaire et est assez confortable. En revanche, l'isolation phonique est inexistante : j'ai pu suivre les conversations de mes voisins et être réveillé par le doux son de la voisine à 6h du matin. Sinon, au niveau de l'emplacement, c'est proche du centre-ville et très accessible en transport en commun (bus ou métro) Le petit-déjeuner est assez complet, proposant des options aussi bien sucrées que salées. On y trouve des œufs, des saucisses, des boulettes, ainsi que des crêpes et des croissants. Il y a eu une journée où il a été difficile d'obtenir une table, le buffet étant noir de monde. Quelques chose de très intriguant, je suis cabale de caster n'importe quoi sur n'importe quelle tele de l'hôtel, de quoi jouer red tours aux résidents de l'hôtel. Blague a part un petit malin s'est amusé a nous empêcher de regarder nos vidéos YouTube sur notre télé. Un rangement supplémentaire ne serait pas de refus également. Dans l'ensemble le rapport qualité prix est correct, et le personnel sympathique et accueillant.

We stay here 5 days in this hotel but really old buildings and the lift was also old really need big renovation and improvement, each room but also rooms are okay but inside the room was humidity im sweating alot and also the bathroom has heater it so hot and the doors are so heavy and loud when you close it we are room 302 on top of our room u hear the guess walking around like have big foot like elephant and no slipper no anthything in the rooms im also housekeeping i observe the houseeping how they do there job one time they clean our room they forget the garbage they put on top of the table wer the sink ist and at that time i was sick i use alot of box tissue they ddnt also refill because its empty have to go down to reception to ask a new box and the carpet of the room seems to me really dirty and and also the windows was not quite thick enough because we here every car passby and also beside our wall also we here people talking and phones ringing and also the bed must also replace new one the Mattress was quite old and the bedframe was old as well front ladies are friendy and smiling the breafast not to bad and i most like in ground 0 has coffee machine and free water and teas and breads😁but the location quite nice sorroundings accesible but for now i cant recommend base on our experience and also i read alots of bad comments so must be ibis style do some improvemnet we been alot of ibis hotel are nice but this just abit dissapoint and also no aircondition how much more in summer time it must be horror inside the room😁

Séjour du 16 au 18 octobre 2026 dans une chambre double supérieure au dernier étage. Deux nuits très mauvaises et une expérience que nous ne renouvellerons pas. L’insonorisation entre les chambres est désastreuse : portes qui claquent, conversations et même bruits des prises électriques. La deuxième nuit, réveillés vers minuit par les voisins, puis à 6 h par les bruits de leurs rapports intimes. À ce niveau, autant partager la chambre ! Aucun téléphone dans la chambre pour joindre la réception. Le qualificatif « supérieure » laisse perplexe : literie et oreillers inconfortables, sèche-cheveux digne d’un accessoire de Barbie, pommeau de douche qui fuit et serviettes minuscules. Le petit déjeuner était également très décevant, notamment le pain à la texture élastique. Étant nous-mêmes boulangers, nous avons particulièrement remarqué ce point. L’accueil n’a rien arrangé : ni sourire ni bonjour lors du check-in. Même manque de courtoisie au petit déjeuner. Seule la dame présente le matin de notre départ s’est montrée souriante et aimable, et nous l’en remercions. Petite mention à la direction, qui a trouvé le temps de remettre en question notre témoignage, mais n’a plus donné signe de vie après notre seconde réponse détaillant les problèmes rencontrés. Visiblement, contester l’expérience des clients est plus facile que d’apporter des réponses concrètes. Notre dernier message reste sans réponse à ce jour. Membre Gold ALL et habituée du groupe Accor, je suis particulièrement déçue du rapport qualité-prix et du suivi de notre réclamation. Nous ne reviendrons pas et cette expérience nous fait sérieusement reconsidérer notre fidélité à Accor.

Excellent customer service at the reception even late in the evening, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Great place to get print outs of colour documents! Reasonable price too!

A 2-night stay in Vasastan that gave me a sneak peek of living in Stockholm, which was exactly what I needed. What I loved: * Location in the heart of a residential area, with proximity to the metro. Served my travel needs perfectly. * Though it’s an old building, it had working aircon and an elevator. * Decent breakfast and a water cooler meant I was properly hydrated. What I didn’t love: * Given it was my first stay in an ibis Styles, I didn’t realise how basic the amenities can be. No slippers or safe was rather shocking. * Narrow shower with a curtain. * Welcome drink was a canned drink.
