I can recommend this repair shop. They fixed my Lenovo laptop, which had stopped starting up and charging because of a short circuit. The repair cost 1,300 kr, plus the diagnostic fee. Since almost everything in this laptop is integrated into the motherboard, many places might have recommended replacing the whole motherboard or buying a new laptop. I dropped it off on Saturday, and it was ready by Tuesday morning. They seem very good at diagnosing and repairing hardware problems.

I am disappointed with my overall experience at this repair shop. I brought my laptop in after it stopped powering on due to liquid damage (27/06/2026). After the initial diagnosis, I was told the issue had been identified and repaired, and the laptop was returned to me. However, the very next day I reported a new power-related issue: the charger was not being detected during normal operation, and the battery would only charge after being left connected in standby for several hours. I returned the laptop under the service warranty expecting a professional diagnosis, clear communication, and a resolution. Instead, I experienced poor communication, changing diagnoses, no written technical documentation, and no estimated repair timeline. More importantly, I lost confidence in the repair process because of the lack of communication and follow-up. In my opinion, the biggest weakness of this business is not necessarily the technical repair itself, but the way they manage their customers. There was little effort to provide updates, answer my questions directly, or keep me informed throughout the process. Instead of working with the customer to reach a successful resolution, I was left having to repeatedly ask for information with no clear timeline or written diagnosis. A professional repair service should communicate proactively, provide clear and documented diagnoses, answer questions transparently, and keep customers informed until the repair is completed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. For that reason, I cannot recommend this shop for motherboard-level repairs.

I went to this repair shop to have my laptop screen replaced, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. After replacing the screen, they failed to properly secure the display bezel, and it keeps coming loose. On top of that, the hinge connecting the screen to the laptop chassis ended up breaking, even though it was not damaged before the repair. To make matters worse, after the screen replacement, the built-in microphone stopped working. Either the microphone cable was not reconnected properly or it was damaged during the repair. I expected a professional repair, but instead I got my laptop back in worse condition than when I brought it in. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this repair shop.

Amazing place. They managed to change battery of my massage pistol as well as changing my pc psu without any problems. Resonable price and quick. Highly recommend this place. They are indeed a house of solutions!😁
