We ordered a one time cleaning (large package plus window cleaning) and the cleaning itself was ok. Not amazing but acceptable. However, three windows got scratched during the cleaning. Home maid agreed to come back and investigate it (arrived in the afternoon instead of the morning as agreed upon). After reviewing it they contacted a glazier to replace the scratched windows which they did (arrived several hours late as well). At last they we’re going to come back a final time to clean the new windows as well but called several hours ahead of our appointment, wanting to gain access. Everything has been solved now but they stopped replying after we asked for compensation due to us having to stay home from work several days and them/their partners being several hours early/late on 3 out of 4 occasions. Everyone has been very polite but the quality and customer experience is honestly quite poor. We’ll use a different company next time.
