Anna-Sophia was the nicest person me and my boyfriend have ever met in our lives. She saved us from missing our train and accommodated us when we needed an automatic car instead of a manual (we can’t drive manual). She is the best and deserves a raise.

Can't get my car, because I forgot my PIN for credit card, but employers was helpful. Problem not fixed but find a nother helping for the problem

Self service kiosk. Look for the yellow hertz flag. Reservation went through. User interface a little slow but manageable. You need your driver license in creditcard format to insert it to be scanned. You have to look around for your car a little bit after you get the keys out of the kiosk. Petrol station right there for fueling up before return. Returning was without any problem.
