The Hertz needs some serious clarity regarding where it is. You get no information prior to pickup. For help: the self serve kiosk is near Pressbyrån. You pick up the car behind McDonalds.

We cannot find any reservation under your name, and therefore we are unable to see why you did not receive our information emails regarding the location of the self-service kiosk and the parking area. The local support at this station was very friendly and helpful. I was in contact with Jacob and he helped me through some adjustments and additions to my rental. He even clarified and made sure that we actually get a fully electric car. We were extremely happy with our XC40 recharge. Sometimes they can be a bit hard to reach, but with patience you will get good support. The main Hertz support on the other hand (only some slow and useless chat bot, no phone hotline) was absolut desaster. Instead of a simple change of the pickup time (start at a slightly later time and I would have accepted the same price), it wanted to completely cancel my booking and very likely start a new one with almost double the price! It didn't understand my request to add an additional driver.
