Picked up my rental Volvo XC40 in Helsingborg and returned it in Ystad. Excellent experience overall with great vehicle and self-service kiosks for both pick up and drop off. But the real gem was one of the employees at the Metallgatan 1 return station. We spent at least 25 minutes waiting for Uber to provide a vehicle with no luck or any indication of success. After I spoke to a gentleman who simply happened to be there while taking care of another rental he immediately offered to drive us to the train station. This is absolutely above and beyond. Amazing that there are people like this. Will give Hertz preference from now onwards.
