Very kind and appropriate customer service. Unbelievable product. No stain, VERY good grip. Lasts for the whole game session. I'm hooked.

Rekommenderar denna gel starkt! /En med extremt mycket handsvett 😅

The product is GREAT. 5 out of 5 stars. I sweat A LOT when I play padel, so I lose my grip quite quick normally. But with grippy gripz my hands stay dry and I remain my grip throughout the complete match. Its PERFECT for me. However, Customer Service and shipping can be better. It took 7 days to ship to the Netherlands 🇳🇱, which is not bad. However, I ordered two tubes and I only received one. I send an e-mail about it, but I got no response. 6 days later, I received another package from grippy gripz, however the package was empty 😢. During shipping, the envelope broke and the tube was lost during shipping. I send another email, and again no response. Then 4 or 5 days later I received a third package, and there was my second tube of grippy gripz 😃. So in the end my order is complete, but I had to wait for two weeks before the second tube came. Today, 10 days after my first email I finally got a response on my emails. So that's a point of improvement. However, in the future I will definitely order again, because the product is GREAT.

Works great, after using it a couple of days in a row I noticed that I did not need to apply it every game, my hands stayed dry.
