DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They successfully scammed me when I rented a car from them in Italy. They refuse to pay back the deposition and blames my bank. I have called my bank and have confirmed that they cannot do anything about this, it is up to Green Motion to pay back. But this shit company refuses to give back my deposition. The car was in bad shape and customer service was terrible. I regret renting from this company.

I rented a car in Turkey. The car was broken at the end of my first journey, in a coastal town 4 hours from Istanbul. Instead of offering us a replacement car, Green motion asked us to wait for the roadside assistance to evaluate/repair the car, no caring about how long time it would take. It would mean that we should cancel our program for the day, stay at the hotel, wait and hope. Green motion's second alternative was that I return the car and get bus tickets to return to Istanbul. Yes, that we just cancel our vacations and get back to Istanbul! Green motion wanted neither to contact a local car rental office to offer us a replacement car nor to book a taxi to make possible for us to continue our planned journey during the time the roadside assistance worked with the broken car. Finally I returned the car, by the premise to only pay for the first day and went to Europcar instead. I will not rent with Green motion again.
