My therapist Saowanee gave one of the best massages I've ever had in my life! The spa is gorgeous, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. I had such a lovely experience here- A luxurious must-not miss on any visit to Stockholm!

The spa is very spacious, with an indoor swimming pool, a heated massage pool, a steam room, and a sauna. I had the Nordic Detox treatment, which uses techniques like connective tissue massage, cupping, gua sha, heat wraps, and classic massage to stimulate the body and leave you feeling light. The next day I had a Swedish classic massage. The therapists were top notch and the massage rooms were spacious. There were plenty of refreshments around the spa area, including water, tea, and various snacks, and there was even optional champagne for an additional charge. A great way to relax during my stay at the Grand Hôtel.

I love the massage that I got here and enjoyed the spa facilities. I wish the hot water was a bit hotter though, it felt lukewarm.

Deeply Underwhelming – Don't Waste Your Time or Money ​I have traveled all over the world and experienced world-class massages in countries famous for their bodywork. For a spa with the Grand Hotel Nordic Spa’s reputation, this was an absolute embarrassment. ​The massage was completely devoid of technique or effort; the only thing it successfully did was make me want to fall asleep out of sheer boredom. Honestly, my 10-year-old son could apply more pressure than what I experienced here. For a premium establishment, this was hands down one of the worst massages I have ever had.

Wanted to book a room there . Did call and they’ve put me through 4 people and in the end disconnect me . lol 😂. Fantastic service I must say . Thank god I didn’t book !!! Sounded like it’s a 2 Star a train station random hotel …..

Had an amazing lymphatic drainage massage with Helen. She was so sweet and so knowledgeable. The spa is beautiful, and the staff was all lovely, as well!

I have been to lots of spas and this is up there with the best. Amazing masseuse so good I went back for a second treatment a couple of days later, beautiful facilities, mobile phone free (loved this!), faultlessly friendly staff, and not at all overcrowded. We were allowed to stay as long as we wanted before and after our treatment, which made it feel like good value. I really appreciated the female only sauna and cold plunge pool in the ladies’ changing rooms. A real sanctuary! My only one tiny bit of feedback to improve things would be to fill up the hot water for teas much more frequently, or have multiple kettles available - I did have to do a fair bit of asking for it to be refilled. A tiny gripe in the grand scheme of things though. Thanks for a lovely time :)
