Et godt billighotell veldig sentralt i Gøteborg. Ligger ca 10 min fra Nordstan og da tilgang til resten av byen. Veldig god frokost!

My room was nice, clean and with a good view to the water. Very nice staff and the breakfast was also very good, also for vegans with vegan cheese, Butter, Milk and yoghurt.

Very nice hotel on the river! The concept is really interesting, especially when you realize that the hotel is actually a boat floating on the water. The rooms are not very spacious, but considering the price, they offer great value for money. Overall, a unique and enjoyable place to stay!

Vi opdagede nok først da vi var her, at dette er et lavpris hotel. Prisen er også fin. Lige så positivt bliver lidt svære at sige om værelserne; der manglede altså rengøring på værelset inden vores besøg- hovedsageligt kun støv rengøring, men alligevel. Vores værelses vindue kunne ikke lukke tæt. Kulden (i oktober) kunne dog ikke sive ind, men alligevel. Vores badeværelses glaslågedørs hængsler hang, så døren kunne ikke stå stille når man var i bad. Vi puttede et håndklæde ned på gulvet som kile så døren stod stille og man ikke slåssede med den mens man var i bad. Men alligevel. Det andet værelse i vores følge var dog ikke så galt. Man fandt dog en powerbank under den ene pude. Var den mon der før puden blev udskiftet, eller var puden der da powerbanken blev lagt der?? Værelserne er små til 2 mennesker med oppakning. Morgenmaden er ok. Brød og pålæg er ok, æggene er hårdkogte men smager fint, baconen smager fint men er tilberedt på en lidt aparte metode. Positivt skal nævnes; den hjemmelavet müsli er god! Og pandekagerne smager også godt! Servicen er venlige, men var lidt usikre på hvad de kunne gøre for os angående vinduet. Lokationen på hotellet kunne være idyllisk lige ved fjorden/havneløbet…hvis ikke det var for det store byomlægningsprojekt der foregået i hele byen. Vi fik dog en dejlig frisk ekstra gåtur til byen eller sporvognen herfra når vi skulle nogle steder.

Another lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are absolutely lovely and the location is superb - five minutes from central station and the city centre. The rooms are spotless. What really makes this hotel for me time and time again is how helpful and friendly the staff are

We booked the good morning hotel/because it looked nice for a overstay

We booked the good morning hotel/ vessel in gotenburg. Check-in went smooth and the girl at the reception was very good. After a litlle while we found out she was handling the reception / bar / kitchen and problems of the guests at her own. Guests arriving needed to wait for check in 15 minutes, same at the bar and ordering food. I wonder if management know about this situation?? And how is safety managed for all guest??? Where is the Muster point, who checks if everybody is of the vessel when a situation occurs. One person taking care off all things and responsabilities ? I had a discussion with my wife to leave the vessel and book something else with extra costs cause this company is playing with our and other lives. Shame on the managment with ostrich politics. I hope somebody from the managment will pick this up, i hope people will not be booking anymore. Rob Schadé.

I had couple of booking in different…

I had couple of booking in different hotels, all of them accepted to cancel my booking due to corona virus crisis but This hotel was the only one which refused to cancel or modify the booking date for me due to corona virus crisis! It’s a shame! Also the receptionist was so rude!

No customer service

I booked a room with this hotel group in Lund but due to covid we were unable to travel, we contacted all the hotels we had booked for the trip and everyone understood the circumstances and cancelled our bookings except this hotel group.They refused any refund, charged the full price and did not answer any emails. Once they have your booking they dont care and have no customer service or respect. I will never use this hotel group again and recommend you dont either.
