I think I've never been to a better Tour before. The tourguides voice and language was very clear und nice to listen to. She was very funny and the information she gave to the different viewingpoints was not too much but very interesting and clear structured. I booked a coffe and a cinamonroll with my ticket wich was perfect for the 45min we drove. 10/10 would recommend!

Ein toller Weg, Malmö vom Wasser aus zu sehen. Freundliches Personal (wie überall in Schweden), leicht zu bedienendes Boot. Alles bestens.

Lovely boat rental. Super easy to steer. However it was quite slow (worked in our favour) and we wish we had been warned about the aggressive swan that was attacking boats to protect their babies. Had a lovely time until the swan attack!
Svar från Goboat Malmö
Dear Red Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you found the boat easy to steer and that you enjoyed your time on the water—up until the unexpected encounter with the swan. We’re sorry that this part of your experience wasn’t as peaceful as it should have been. We will certainly take your comments into account and make sure to better inform our future guests about potential wildlife encounters, especially during nesting season. Despite the swan attack, we’re happy to know that you still had a lovely time overall, and we hope to welcome you back for another, smoother adventure on the water! Best regards, Team GoBoat

Synd !!!

Dear Paul, We sincerely apologize that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. It is our goal to ensure that every guest has a pleasant and memorable time with GoBoat, so it's disheartening to hear that your experience fell short. We apologize for any misunderstanding or lack of information you experienced prior to departure. We always strive to provide our customers with clear and accurate information before their trip so they know what to expect. We will take this into account and look into how we can improve our communication to avoid similar situations in the future. Regarding the boat's speed, our boats are designed to offer a relaxed and slow-paced journey, allowing guests to enjoy the surroundings and unwind. We apologize if this was not what you anticipated. When it comes to wind and current in the canal, it can sometimes affect our boats' maneuverability. We are constantly working on optimizing our boats for different conditions, but we apologize for any inconvenience this have caused. Once again, thank you for your feedback, and we hope you will give us another chance to show you the true GoBoat experience. Kind regards, Team GoBoat
