This place is an absolute gem. Always clean, lots of natural light, clean toilets, private showers, friendly staff, and not crowded. Second year here, and quality is maintained. Tried Nordic wellness, and this Friskis & Svettis is better by a mile.

The gym is good overall and has a wide range of equipment. Most of the machines are quite worn, but they are well maintained and functioning. The staff are friendly, and the facility is generally clean. The downside is the ventilation. It often doesn't seem to work properly, and the air can feel stuffy, even when the gym isn't busy. Another issue is that some group classes are held in the same area used for individual training during rush hour. During these sessions, they occupy a lot of equipment and space, and the noise is very disruptive for people trying to work out on their own.
