Would rate them -5 if there was an option to do so... completely unprofessional approach... removed my name plate before my departure and missed the important letter delivery... Please avoid staying with them particularly at köpmansgatan 27 goteborg.. building is old and stinks

Would give 0 stars if it were possible: * shitty slow internet with frequent connection drops * hair everywhere on the floor in the supposedly cleaned apartment when moving in * broken door on the tumble drier, so have to bear with the noise when using it, when it works (usually it didn't anyway) * unadjustable washing machine, one single program available, totally useless * aluminum pan provided in an apartment with an induction stove, also totally useless * 3rd world quality toilet paper * always cold inside the apartment * shitty odour, stinky laundry cabinet with mould * always noise from neighbours upstairs and next door, partying every day until mornings And many more to complain about. Basically, the worst accommodation I've ever had! And all these despite the exorbitant prices they dare to charge! 🤮 Stay away!

First thing I had to do when arriving was to clean the apartment. It had clearly not been vacuumed and after walking around a bit my socks were completely grey from all dust. Fridge was also broken and sounded like someone was constantly drilling a hole in the wall. Had to sleep with ear buds to not wake up from it.

My second time staying with them. I'm honsetly sad that my employer keeps hiring apartments from this company. Their service is terrible! They take every chance to charge extra money from you. I even had to change apartments once because their electricity was faulty. And upon moving out, they charged me three hours of labour because I didn't empty the fridge...

Skulle inte rekommendera till någon att hyra via företaget för bästa trivseln. Okej kommunikation i början tills man flyttar ut.. ignorerar mail och skickar ut räkningar i efterhand via mail och ignorerar att ge återkoppling när frågor uppkommer kring vad som påstås man ska betala.

My original review was not flattering at all and written in angry mode, but must be honest and now changing this from a 1 to 3 stars. Reason for this is that they tried to correct the wrongs like people steeling our by the hotel paid for and rented parking spot, to water that was out for days came back and did not return within my period there. Also regarding the parking spots, they did take more responsibility later on and started contacting those who stole it directly, at first we just saw emails to all who stayed there. If they actually put a gate to the parking spot that open by same hotel room key I will bump it up again, RFID to everything can work too? Even letting new people arriving that NOT to use those parking sports could help? No cleaning unless you order that, extra. But I am ok with that, cleaning gear is available in the room and no one running inside the room can be a positive after seeing smaller, expensive things disappear at other hotels after cleaning, so good for me.

No hot water for 4 days. Just "looking into the issue" doesn't solve it. Would not give even one star to customer service.
