Ho abitato in questo condominio per 2 anni, dal 2021 al 2023. Il quartiere è bello e tranquillo ed è servito bene dai mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento comodo e grande, avrebbe avuto bisogno di manutenzione, ma nel complesso mi sono trovata molto bene.

Apartment itself was ok. However, the floors are so thin that you can hear everything from above. People having parties and shouting, stomping even snoring. We tried calling the number provided many times but it goes straight to voicemail. Beware if staying here.

We had the worst experience at Hotel VR40. Our company rented this apartment for two months until we get a permanent place. When we arrived at the house there were no instructions to the wifi, laundry room, or the mail box code. The apartment wasn't cleaned and it had a funny smell. There were only two bowls and 4 hangers in the apartment where we will stay for 2 months. What is worse is that one day they changed the key code to our apartment and we were locked out of the apartment. Our dog was inside the apartment. We couldn't get a hold of anybody. The apartment has an emergency contact phone number which is not in use anymore. We called few numbers to get a hold of someone who has no information about this place. She tried to reach out to another person who knows the key code. We were stuck outside of our apartment for 2 hours and our dog is inside waiting to go outside. This place has the worse customer service and would never recommend it to anyone to stay in a place like this where they might run into issues and nobody to help them

Die Appartments sind sehr gut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Allerdings könnten meines Erachtens, die Matratzen bei Bedarf ausgewechselt werden, da diese sehr weich sind

One of the best accommodation I have been. Well furnished down to details including dish detergent, very Swedish warm window lighting, reasonable interior sizes, good water pressure. I am sure I will come back when I am in Götenberg again!
