Atrocious experience! I made the mistake of booking this place through my business travel platform. No confirmation/access code was sent and the 24h phone number was not picking up.Reservation fully paid in advance. Stuck in the front of the building, frozen and having to find another solution so I won't sleep on the street. 1 hour and 10 calls later, they confirmed they sent the code to a generic service email. Miserable experience!

Fantastic apartment, clean, modern and spacious. Quiet area close to restaurants and main restaurant strip. 5min from tube and bus stops. It’s on a higher level road so there is steps up but if you got the tunnelgate way there is an escalator and lift if you need. Definable recommend this place it was brilliant and Forenom was great with communication and easy coded entry.

We struggled to find an apartment for our small family (us two and 9-month old baby) when we stumbled across this apartment on Google. What a great find! It’s great value for money compared to what we saw. The apartment is modern, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed including washer / dryer, dish washer and kitchen equipment (though no food items like salt, pepper, oil). A small balcony was lovely too. The location couldn’t have been better. So many restaurants, cafes and shops around, and only a 25min walk to the old town. It’s pram friendly too with a lift, except two steps at the entry. The only thing missing is parking, which is expensive in the area - Zone 2 (Taxa 2) - but street parking in Zone 3 (Taxa 3) about 5mins walk away is 20SEK per hour 0700-1900 Mon-Fri, 15SEK per hour 1100-1700 Sat, otherwise free (keep an eye on street cleaning times too). Much cheaper than nearby garages. Check in was super easy with SMS code. We would 100% recommend this place and stay again.

Shower is a disaster, you get cold water from top when trying to turn off the shower, I got small injuries in the room, coffee maker but no coffee or filter, no microwave, spoons in an illogical place, you can do laundry but there is no detergent. Dishes in the cupboard are dirty. You have to take your trash out and do your dishes, so it's worse than an Airbnb. There is hair on the floor. It's okay for the price but if you have to deal with trash as a tourist on a 2 day stay, that's totally unexpected. The cleaner should do the dishes to make sure they are clean. They are dirty, so you have to wash then before using them!

Would not recommend. Check in was late and I had to call to get the gate code, hair in the toilet, toothpaste on the wall next to the sink, mold and/or mildew in the shower, six throw pillows but only two tiny flat squares for real pillows, a disgustingly stained two inch pad on top of a bare mattress for a bed, and you can hear everyone coming or going even on the third floor. There is no service that you would expect in a hotel or motel, such as cleaning, fresh linens, receptionist, etc, so serviced apartments is rather misleading. Mind you, the early check in that I paid for was delayed supposedly because the apartment was being cleaned, but I couldn't see much evidence of that. I will not stay at Forenom properties again.

The location is amazing, it's in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Stockholm. Very quiet most of the time. The A1 apartment is perfectly sized for at least two people. The kitchen has all the things you need to stay for a longer period of time and saves money when compared to a hotel. It would have been nice to have a starter pack for the washing machine but all the other needs (dish detergent, body wash etc) are included. I also appreciate being able to come and go as I need to, without the occasionally weird interactions with "security" staff in Stockholm who aren't always professional. The apartment is next to an active street and that can be a little disruptive but mostly during school days. It does run a bit warm and opening the windows do address that but it would be great if they were transparent about whether the thermostat is adjustable. The shower situation is very Swedish, of a specific time. The tiny plastic hanging sheet (it's not a door per se and has a gap at the bottom) doesn't contain the water, especially when using the very nice rainfall showerhead. However the bathroom is so large you won't get everything wet unlike at most Swedish hotels. I would definitely rent there again, and I might pick something a little farther from the street, but the option of having a washer dryer in the apartment was a significant reason for my picking this particular apartment. There were only two hangers, which even for two people staying is just too few. The absence of anywhere to hang things in the closet was a bit of a problem. There was also only one narrow hanger in the bathroom so the towels didn't dry out. This was less of a problem than many places though because of the dryer. I'm uncertain on 5 or 4 but having stayed at so many not as good places in Stockholm for either more money or less convenience, location tips things over to a 5.

My first stay with Forenom at Johannesgatan 12 in Stockholm. Loved it! I don’t think I will ever stay in a hotel again where there is an apartment with Forenom available. Check in and out is seamless, and I really like the digital door codes much more than a virtual key (which is a concern if you lose your phone or have a tech glitch). The apartment was clean, functional, and I loved being able to cook my own meals as I am unable to eat on restaurants due to food allergies. Property was very quiet and nothing messed with my sleep. One small suggestion - there was only one bath towel and one hand towel provided in the single apartment I was in, which means that if they were in the washing machine, I would not have any towel to use. There was also no facecloth. One extra set of towels would have been appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location and Forenom more generally.

Gute Lage, vieles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Der Check-in geschieht via Code und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist okay, ein größerer Topf für Nudeln wäre noch schön gewesen. Basics wie Salz/Pfeffer oä hätte ich ebenfalls gut gefunden. Ich hab mich mit der Bedienung des Kombi-Backofens etwas schwer getan. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer, einen Ventilator kann man wohl anfragen, aber sollte meiner Meinung nach Standard sein. Der TV hat keinen Empfang und lässt sich nur als Streaminggerät nutzen. Insgesamt lässt es sich hier aber gut aushalten und ich würde wiederkommen. Momentan (Ende Juli 2025) ist eine Baustelle in der Nähe, die man unter der Woche sehr hört.

Dobra lokalizacja, 20 minut spacerem z centrum lub z dworca. Cicha okolica. Łatwy dostęp do apartamentu, instrukcje wysłane sms jasne i czytelne. Sam apartament nowoczesny, jednak w mojej opinii łazienka wymaga doczyszczenia. Wszystko w kuchni schowane w szafkach więc trzeba szukać czajnika czy tostera. Niestety nie można palić na balkonach ani na patio.
