Great value for money. The room was clean and newly renovated. If you need space, do not choose the small room. It is ergonomically designed but it is extremely small. However, the location is one of the best if you want to feel the vibe of the old town.

The location was good, but getting there was needlessly difficult — the address provided in the booking confirmation didn’t match the actual entrance, and we had no way to resolve it. We rang the doorbell repeatedly trying to get help, and messages sent through the Vrbo app went unanswered for the entire stay. A host who can’t be reached when something goes wrong is a real problem, regardless of what’s in the listing. The room itself was, without exaggeration, the smallest we’ve ever stayed in. I understand the square footage may have been listed, but no measurement conveyed just how unworkable the layout was — there was no floor space left to move around with luggage once inside. Combined with no elevator, hauling heavy bags up several flights of stairs made an already frustrating check-in even harder. On the positive side, the space was clean and stocked with soap and shampoo. Overall: the listing details don’t excuse being unreachable when we needed help, or a layout that made basic movement with luggage nearly impossible. Not a stay I’d repeat.

The rooms are extremely small and poorly soundproofed. Considering the price, it doesn’t offer great value for money. Digital check-in wasn’t straight forward.

I should have known better while booking. A room deep in the basement without any windows. I had a roommate who wouldn't shower for 5 days. Had to change rooms by 3rd night. Highly recommend for those who aren't used to living in submarines.

Jättetrevligt hotell, nybyggd, fräsch inredning. Smidig incheckning med Wallet (telefonen) och bästa läget.

Perfekt läge vid Stortorget. Lägenheten var liten men fräsch och modern.

Nice apartment in the old centre of Stockholm. Location was great! It was tricky for us to get in due to the virtual key. Luckily there was a 24/7 call centre to call. I’d recommend to immediately go to property 26 to make a physical key card. Then just walk 50 metres back to property 12. There is no elevator keep that in mind too!
