I’ve never felt as disrespected shopping anywhere as I did during this experience at Foot Locker. We bought a pair of New Balance shoes for my wife, but when we got home, we realized we’d been given the wrong pair. Unfortunately, as we’re just visiting Stockholm, we didn’t have much time and had to make a long trip back to the store to exchange the shoes. When we returned, the manager immediately understood the situation and was prepared to swap the shoes for the correct pair. However, the employee who had helped us the day before started accusing us, insisting it wasn’t her fault and that she had given us the correct shoes. Her attitude was rude and made us feel as if we were somehow trying to scam or steal from the store. Apparently, she was so certain we were being dishonest that she had the team check the security footage in the back. I was asked to wait at the register this entire time, which would have been fine, except that while waiting, the same employee rudely told me they would “sort me out” and told me to move aside. Her attitude felt completely uncalled for, given that we were simply there to resolve her mistake. Finally after checking the camera, she came back and told me that one of her teammates had swapped the shoes at the last minute before she handed them to us—without her noticing. Yet there was no apology for her attitude from her. Honestly, we couldn’t care less about the details—our issue was simple: we received the wrong shoes and had to go back to exchange them. Being accused of wrongdoing in this situation was just insulting. While the manager did eventually exchange the shoes and offered us a 20% discount, we still felt deeply offended by the treatment we received. To Foot Locker: please train your team better or hire people with the right attitude for customer service. You’re in the service industry, where attitude and customer service are key parts of your brand. There is no justification for treating customers poorly especially when they are simply trying to resolve a mistake made by your team. Do better!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The stars belong to Mr. Dean, the exceptional sales and marketing communication representative! His outstanding communication and service have made a lasting impression on me, my family, and friends. Watching him work is truly breathtaking; he engages with customers side-by-side, making everyone feel valued. When my family and I walked in, we were greeted immediately, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. During our time with him, we not only learned about shoes but also shared stories about our families. Even after five years, we’ve built a strong relationship founded on excellent communication. Dean deserves five stars from me and my five kids. We are grateful for his service and will miss him dearly. It’s a shame to see Foot Locker closing, but let it be known that one of the key reasons for its loyal clientele was Dean’s incredible attitude and customer service. Thank you, Dean!

Hittade äntligen ett par Jordan 1 Michigan, en av personalen var amerikanare, tror han hette Dean, han confermerade att det var ett par Michigan, han och köpet gjorde min dag 🤸🏼‍♂️😃🤸🏼‍♂️

Killen som sålde mig mina AF1 var riktigt trevlig, minns inte hans namn då det var ett tag sen men minns att han hade nåt latinskt ursprung, chefen däremot under all kritik, riktigt otrevlig och behandlade mig som att jag vore en tjuv o skulle ha kvittot direkt på sekunden som att hon misstänkte mig

Fick hjälp av en jättetrevlig grabb, Alessandro tror jag att han hette. Han arbetade professionellt och var alltid tillgänglig. Han var mycket trevlig och hjälpte mig att välja rätt par sneakers.
