Unfortunately, our booked aurora tour was not delivered. The pickup time was confirmed between 8:00 and 9:00 pm, but we did not receive any arrival notification during that time. Afterward, we were informed that the guide had already left. Communication before the tour was also very limited. Overall, a disappointing experience. Also they don’t give back your money basically fraud.

Went on a Northern Lights tour with Explore Kiruna in February and had an amazing time. The guide was friendly and knew exactly where to go for the best chance to see the aurora. We got lucky with clear skies and saw a beautiful display. Loved the small group vibe and the hot drinks by the fire afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

Assolutamente NO!!!! Truffatori!

ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA: escursione annullata 15 minuti prima dell'appuntamento. Nessun rimborso se non tramite contestazione bancaria. Recapiti telefonici / e-mail inesistenti. Unico numero funzionante, non leggevano messaggi e non rispondevano alle telefonate. Presenti, disponibili e insistenti solo al momento dell'acquisto delle escursioni, mesi e mesi prima. Cattiva esperienza.

I had an amazing experience with Explore Kiruna last week on their Northern Lights tour! The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire evening unforgettable. We were taken to a perfect location away from light pollution, and seeing the Aurora Borealis dancing in the sky was truly magical. The guide guide was local and knew so much about her area. Everything was well-organized, and the small group size made it feel personal. Highly recommend Explore Kiruna to anyone visiting the area!
