Så otroligt bra bemötande och service av personalen. Jag är så tacksam för allt dem hjälpt till med i min bokning av hyrbilen. Så stor eloge till dessa killar och Adam som jag haft mest kontakt med, hoppas i framtiden man naturligtvis ej får något mer fel på egna bilen, men om det blir så vill jag definitivt ha Eurocar i Visby.🌞

Wir waren vor ein paar Wochen einige Tage in Visby und haben hier unseren Wagen den wir von Deutschland aus gemietet hatten abgeholt. Es war ein sehr junger netter Mann mit allem behilflich. Richtig gut gelaufen. Danke

Very friendly little rental kiosk at Visby airport. We arrived a little early for our booking, and the only staff member was out with another car. But, he was soon back and gave us a nice upgrade from the car we had ordered. The car was clean, practically brand new and other than the insanely annoying over-speed warning beeps, nice to drive. The only thing that lost this a star was there were several issues with the contract signing which can probably be blamed on a new IT system, but did result in multiple visits and time spent at the desk while the helpful staff member tried to figure it out.

I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this company. They falsely claimed that we damaged the vehicle and charged us for the damage, even though we have video evidence showing that the car was already damaged at the start of the rental. Europcar does not seem to handle complaints properly and does not respond to questions regarding the status of the case.

Stay away from this rental car company at all costs. You will regret it! They will pry on tourists and will try to scam you after you return your vehicle. With my experience within 30 minutes of our return they alleged we had damaged the vehicle when we did not. We had detailed photographs and video proving otherwise. They play games and will bill you for damages that are non existent. They currently refuse to provide me with an itemized invoice of repairs "allegedly required" to have been made. Tourists beware!
