Unfortunately, this rental experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The camper had several serious issues during our trip. The fresh water system did not work for six days, despite the tank being full and despite me trying everything I was instructed to do. I watched the provided video, tried to get the air out of the system, used both the shower and the tap, and spent a lot of time trying to solve a problem that should never have been mine to deal with during a holiday. The gas situation was just as frustrating. There was a second gas bottle in the vehicle, which initially gave the impression that there was a spare available – but that bottle was empty as well. As a result, we eventually had no usable gas for cooking. For 5 Days. We went to numerous shops during our trip trying to find a replacement, without success. On top of that, I had to buy and refill engine oil myself during the rental. A rental vehicle should be properly checked and maintained before being handed over to a customer. Having to deal with the engine oil myself while travelling was completely unacceptable and necessary to avoid risking serious engine damage. What makes the whole experience even worse is the way it was handled afterwards. There was no real apology for all of these problems. The final invoice shows a credit of 450 SEK for the engine oil and only 895 SEK for “inconvenience”. Considering that we had no functioning fresh water for six days, problems with the gas supply and had to take care of the engine oil ourselves, I find this compensation extremely inadequate. And then, despite everything we had to deal with, I was also charged 796 SEK for “car and toilet cleaning.” There is no explanation on the invoice of what exactly required this additional cleaning or why this charge was applied. I rented a camper to enjoy my holiday – not to spend my trip troubleshooting the water system, searching for gas bottles and taking care of basic vehicle maintenance myself. The combination of the vehicle problems, the lack of proper support, the very small compensation and the additional cleaning charge at the end has left an extremely bad impression. I would not rent from this company again and cannot recommend this experience.

Very easy to find the desk, It is just opposite the baggage belt. The was no one at the front but as soon as we approached the desk someone came straight over from the back. Everything was ready as we had checked in online 2 days before via the email. They explained the existing damage answered all questions and even suggested to go round it before we set off and take pictures. The car was very clean inside and out. I took photos before returning but returning the car was a doddle. Just handed the keys over and was asked if everything was ok, told them about a minor fault they developed and the said they would check it out. Got my final invoice the next day with nothing to pay. Excellent service

One of the best and affordable rental company with excellent service. It was cold when I rented a car and responsible person already heated up the car and also upgraded to SUV for free of charge. Definitely going to select them again 🔥

Avoid and do not use this service. I feel I have been scammed, and the customer service was incredibly poor. I returned my hire car after using it for one day, and they informed me that they had discovered scratches on the vehicle and would have to charge me for it. I then asked for more details, and they provided the attached images. As is legally allowed, I requested the repair cost invoice to have proof of the total cost of the repairs for my insurance. They responded, "Since the damage is on two different panels, the repair cost exceeds the deductible." As this is a straightforward paint repair, it is irrelevant at a repair shop that it is on two panels. They then charged me an excess of 10000 SEK (approx 750 GBP/ 900 EUR). I contacted paint workers, and they agreed the cost is excessive. You can decide from the pictures if you think it is appropriate for the scale of the scratches. One main frustration comes from how I was given contradictory information by the person on the phone and the person emailing me regarding the repair costs process. I was overall appalled by how they communicated so abruptly in their emails regarding these charges. Fortunately, I have insurance, but I warn you away from these so that you can avoid the headache of dealing with them and the potential for predatory practices.

I rented in the begining of march/2024. The big pluses: - they offered a kia xceed hybrid automatic (even if i only could afford a manual economy) that could be charged even at home (there is a second cable hidden in the boot, the one used only at charging stations). even if only capable of 40-50km in electric mode when used in Auto it could decrease fuel usage really nice. - the price was really good and also the possibility to reduce responsability was good priced. Under 2000 sek a friday-monday with 2 days outside Sweden and reduced responsability ( they blocked only 3000 sek extra which was promptly unblocked same day of return as stated in the final invoice, without it is much more ) - there was flexibility when returning the car after a call was made by me in advance. The pluses: - When taking the car outside Sweden you pay only for the days using it outside not the entire rental period. - Just in front of the Luleå airport was the car, like 30 meters. A city bus takes you right at the door of the airport is also pretty good. The regular: - Most of the time the desk is not manned, not only this rental company but almost all there in the airport. Not a biggie for me, but you should know if you get delayed or coming early ring before hand. EDIT: Keep in mind I rented directly from their own site not from third parties, many times that matters I and always check their prices on their own sites first.

Be careful with this agency, I won't be back and would not recommend. I returned a full tank and was charged for 5 extra liters of fuel. As a customer I can only go with what the gage tells me, and I put gas until the gas pump released it. But they probably came and pumped more gas into the car, because you can always pump more - although it's not recommended -, and then charge you for it whatever price they want. (Jul 2021)
