Very disappointed by this brand. The service is deplorable, not existing basically beyond the actual purchase. Some models have structural defaults that prevented us from sleeping from day one and when we escalated the issue we were basically told to fill a reklamation when a simple gesture and a commercial mindset could have solved the problem. I stay polite but insults they deserve at this level. Additionally, after discussing the issues with professional from the sector, the technologies used are old when it comes to bed and mastress and don’t match the clients’ expectatives and taste of today. It is very good for one night and then become your life problem. A good design though and quality materials allow them to stay in the league and charge high prices. However I won’t recommend them.
