Disappointing experience with Dressmann, both in store and through online customer service. I raised a concern about a pair of jeans that stretched significantly after only a couple of hours of indoor wear. The situation was handled mainly as a return policy issue rather than a product quality concern, and although the store eventually offered an exchange, the replacement pair was issued with no further return or refund rights. When I contacted customer service afterwards, I did not feel the situation was properly reviewed, only referred back to the store decision. From a customer perspective, the outcome felt inconsistent and unhelpful, especially as the replacement pair still has tags attached and is likely to go unused. I feel this could have been handled with more understanding, clearer communication and a more practical approach.
