Proffsigt hunddagis med oerhörd kompetent och trevlig personal. Jag och beaglen är helnöjda!

Personell really nice and friendly but manager really needs to work on her communication. I pointed out that I wasn't happy about the quality of the service and received a really rude answer back. When I wrote back that I didn't like the tone she discontinued our contract. The quality of their service is not good. It is more "storage" I always pick up a dog that needs walking and that has received no stimulation. I have had dog care services for over 20 yrs and this is by far the worst. If you have other options pick them.

I agree that the management’s style of communication can come across as discouraging. Based on both their responses here and conversations I had over the phone, I realized this facility was not the right fit for my dog. We decided to withdraw our dog and find a place where he could be better understood, with staff trained in behavioral management and a more supportive approach to communicating with pet owners. Since making this change, my dog’s behavior has improved significantly, and he is thriving. While this facility may suit others, it simply wasn’t the right fit for us.
