Very rude and unpleasant service from the Black male staff member working there. I went to return a package and had forgotten to seal it. Instead of simply telling me that the package needed to be sealed first, he spoke to me in a very harsh and disrespectful tone, and his body language was equally unfriendly. This is not the first time I have experienced this attitude from this particular staff member. What makes it even more surprising is that the other male staff members I have dealt with there, who happen to be white, have always been very friendly and respectful towards me. As a fellow Black person, I was honestly very surprised by the unnecessary hostility. I am not expecting special treatment from anyone, but basic politeness and respect should be the minimum when dealing with customers. A simple “you need to seal the package first” would have been enough. There was no need for the harsh tone or unfriendly attitude. Very disappointing customer service.

Kom inte hit! Förstår inte hur kan man jobba där och inte vilja hjälpa folk. Personal är alltid på dåligt humör och vill att du ska ut därifrån så fort som möjligt.

Så dålig bemötande! Han skriker och är så otrevlig med alla, man frågar om hjälp och han vill inte hjälpa till och vill bara att du lämnar!
