Fy!

I had a parcel stolen here!! I really recommend not to use this place for parcel collection! Man working at the time (around 21:00pm) at the shop made some false story of some anonymous person collecting it before I arrived. He kept changing the story as I asked questions and wouldn’t make eye contact. Completely violated the identity checking. Really rude and disrespectful staff. Police are now investigating it.

The man at the reception is easily agitated. Pretending you aren’t there unless you address the guy several times. I will not plan to go there
