Det gjorde ett bra jobb till ett rimligt pris. Extra plus för att de även bifogade testprotokoll efter utfört arbete och även var vänliga att bifoga foto som jag begärde. Det enda negativa för mig var ett de låg en bra bit från där jag bor och att man får gå ca 800 m till närmaste busstation. Kommer att anlita dem igen vid behov.

What a joke 5/5 Stars when they don't have a minimal idea how to clean an injector. I tried to speak with them but they don't want to speak English. Ok. I sent the client to them with 4 Bosch injectors from a Mercedes Sprinter from 2005 and they took the money without doing a proper cleaning. If I wanted just a cleaning in a Ultrasonic bath I could do it myself without paying 2000kr. Unprofessional people. They said to the client that the injectors had to be changed with new ones. No, they don't haft to be changed because they are almost indestructible and you can change each part of them. My advice? Avoid this place. Later edit in response to their response. Now all of a sudden, out of nowhere, you're speaking English???? Thank you for the corporate boilerplate response, but it completely misses the core issue and contradicts your own service description. Let’s break down your defense: The 'Inspection vs. Overhaul' Contradiction: You claim we only ordered an 'inspection and diagnostic service' and not an overhaul. Yet, in your own response, you list 'Ultrasonic cleaning of the injectors' as part of that exact inspection package. If 2000 kr covers ultrasonic cleaning and testing, but the injectors were returned without being properly cleaned, then you failed to deliver even the baseline service that was paid for. Ignoring the Language Barrier: It is telling that you completely skipped over the fact that your staff refused to speak English when I tried to communicate with you. Operating a business where you refuse to communicate in a common language when misunderstandings arise is unprofessional, and you cannot blame me for that communication breakdown. Jumping Straight to 'Buy New': You state that disassembly and overhauling are separate services. If that is true, why was my client never offered a quote or an option for a proper rebuild? Instead, you took 2000 kr, ran a basic test, and immediately pushed for expensive new injectors. First of all, you never even spoke to me. Neither to me nor to my Swedish client did you propose or suggest any alternative service, despite being told clearly and repeatedly that I requested a full overhaul. Instead, you jumped straight to pushing for new parts. To prove how wrong your technical excuses are: I took these exact injectors to a larger, much more established company. They completely solved the problem without suggesting a replacement even once, and for the exact same price—despite actually disassembling them and replacing the O-rings, copper washers, and internal springs. You simply chose an expensive sales pitch over actual repair work. You collected 2000 kr for a test report that essentially told a customer to buy new parts, completely bypassing actual restorative work while refusing to communicate in English. That isn't professional diagnostics; that’s an expensive sales pitch. Avoid. The one misleading and scamming people is you. Otherwise, you would have proposed a way to solve the problem instead of offering contradictory texts and lies. I don t wish you nothing because you don t deserve nothing.
