Do not trust these people; they fail and lie all the time! I ordered a 4 m long metal item to be delivered to my home address. DHL violated their own promised delivery timeline 3 times in a row. So, for three 3-5 hour-long time periods during the week, I have been cancelling my plans and just sitting at home and waiting for them to arrive. And the package was not arriving during any of these attempts. When I call customer service or the warehouse, the same response is, "Oh, sorry, there seems to be some miscommunication with the driver (or any other lame excuse), let us try one more time," And the situation continues. When I escalated this after they failed their 3rd attempt, in the end, they delivered the package (4th attempt), but it had already been severely damaged... I am guessing here, but possibly they loaded/unloaded it from the car due to this "miscommunication" way too many times, or the driver came driving as recklessly as possible in an empty track with only 2 packages, including my package (not attached to anything inside, so bouncing left and right easily on every turn they made). The driver was even making aggressive comments on me when I refused to take this damaged box and started taking pictures of it instead.... We now have to waste 1-2 weeks to repeat the entire order from scratch and use a different courier, as this DHL site cannot be trusted anymore. P. S. Despite my repeated requests, no one from the customer service supervisory team or warehouse management ever contacted me to at least apologize or ask what's going on (despite the customer service promising me they'd call at a specific date/time. Lol, they never did. I am frankly still shocked and disappointed by such insulting and humiliating treatment when ordering something and paying DHL around 600 SEK (~60 USD) for the delivery of a ~10-kg item from Stockholm to Stockholm. Is it for real???.. I used to think of DHL as a respected international company, but apparently not in Stockholm :(

Paket saknas, ställer gärna dyra saker på gatan och åker därifrån. Helt oacceptabelt

Om jag skulle välja då skulle de få 0 stjärnor. Den dåligaste postombud jag har sett i mitt liv. Vi skulle få leverans i en torsdag, fick leveransen en vecka efter då hade de fel telefonnummer fast vi ringde och de fick rätt telefonnummer. Till slut fick vi en helt trasig TV.

Helt missnöjd med DHL, leveransen skulle komma mellan kl 08:00-14:00. Kl 13:15 kundservice ringde nej vi kan inte leverera tyvärr. Vad fan håller ni på med kan ni inte ringa tidigare? Till slut jag själv hyrde en lastbil och hämtade leveransen.
