原先查資料覺得達拉木馬很有特色，因此趕在關店前來選購。店內觀光客很多，我們當時也在接近關店的時間匆忙選購，沒有仔細換算瑞典克朗匯率，結帳後才發現 4 隻木馬共 2,256 SEK，價格比預期高很多。 隔天我們帶著完全未使用的商品及收據回店，希望退掉部分商品，或改換較小、價格較低的尺寸。店員告知無法退款，也不能換成較低價商品，只能換同價或更高價商品。 店家有協助辦理 Tax Free，這點沒有問題。不過如果是國外旅客來購買，建議結帳前先確認價格、匯率以及退換貨規則，以免購買後才發現與預期不同。

Amazing experience! The owner is so thoughtful, kind and supportive. We booked a self guided painting workshop. We received thorough guidance concerning every step of the process and some background history of these beautiful craft horses! It's going to be a sure highlight of your trip to Stockholm. The shop offers painting workshop which combines a remarkable cultural experience, some art therapy and a glimpse of the Dala horse history. The staff is open to share all the fun facts, tips and tricks -- highly reccomended.

I had a wonderful experience at this Dala Horse shop! The craftsmanship of the wooden horses is absolutely beautiful, and each piece feels truly special. The staff were kind, welcoming, and happy to share the story behind the tradition. A perfect place to find authentic Swedish souvenirs and gifts — highly recommended!

Got one of the worst if not the worst Cappuccino in Europe. It seemed like I throughly disturbed the girl who was at the counter just by entering. My mistake. Threw the cup in the corner trash after a sip, there was an Espresso House just down the street !! Who are thsr people giving 5 starts ?
