Yesterday my E- bike delivery was not pleasant , this is my first ebike purchase with high cost of investment. i had a multiple doubts so which i want to clarify and test drive before taking to home.so i asked question about same cycel which i bought but elder stuff ignored me and spoke with his colleague in Swedish.. "this is not a school for teaching " ect xxxxxx.. i could understand of little bit swedish then i said "i paid it for defect free product which want to make sure ". he then quite , after understanding only one thing , once bike sold ,their job finished,. not friendly especially that elder stuff,, i don't want to complaint about other ,they might be friendly. For his own attitude behavior i ignored to purchase an additional accessories..
