To explain: Around two months ago, I was treated in an unacceptable manner by one of your employees, who was not only rude but also openly insulted me over the waiting line. I reported the incident to management and was assured that someone would follow up with feedback. That never happened. To make matters worse, after being insulted by the same employee, I was criticized for taking a photo of them instead of the employee being held accountable for their behavior. Since management has completely failed to address this issue or even follow up as promised, I have decided to make this experience public. This level of customer service and management is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend supporting a business that tolerates such behavior from its staff.
