Katastrofalt dåligt, skickade inte ens ut några fakturor genom post, fick inte heller något på mail eller meddelande så hade ingen aning att jag ens skulle betala något förens jag fick av kronofogden. Deras kundservice om man ens kan kalla det de är väldigt dåligt, riktigt trötta i mobiltelefonen inget till hjälp alls.

late fees before first notice, rude customer service

I got a letter in the mail saying I owed money due to a failed autogiro payment. I had not been notified that this had happened prior to the collections letter, so I paid it immediately. But a few days later I received another letter saying I owed even more. Apparently in the time between them sending the first letter and postnord delivering it, Collectia decided that they would charge a late fee. Customer service when contacted was rude, accusative, and seemed to be gloating over the whole situation. The additional fee they charged is almost half of the original debt. I cannot find any information about disputing this and customer service just stopped responding after I asked. Vultures and scammers. This should be illegal. Update: rather than answer any questions about disputing their fees, they have decided to misinterpret my request as wanting their client to take me to court over the debt. Will be filing a complaint with konsumentverket.

Never ever received invoice

Never ever received invoice from Medley, so was not even aware of that. However, received immediately invoice +500 kr from these bastards. The system is crooked and this is a legal way how get money from law abiding citizens!

**EN — 339 SEK can become 580 SEK very quickly** A failed Nordic Wellness autogiro ended up with Collectia. 339 SEK becomes around 399 SEK with a 60 SEK reminder fee. Miss that, and suddenly another 180 SEK appears. My latest claim is around 580 SEK. No friendly warning beforehand. Just fees on top of fees. I have to say though, from a business perspective it seems like a pretty efficient model: plug in client data from companies like Nordic Wellness, send automated letters through Kivra, add the fees, and collect the payment. Great business model for someone. Missar man den kommer plötsligt ytterligare 180 kr. Mitt senaste krav är runt 580 kr. Ingen enkel varning innan. Bara avgift på avgift. Jag måste ändå säga att det verkar vara en ganska effektiv affärsmodell: koppla in kunddata från företag som Nordic Wellness, skicka automatiserade brev via Kivra, lägg på avgifterna och få betalt. Bra affärsidé för någon. Mindre bra när man själv är kunden.

Terrible Customer service at Collectia.se

I received a bill from Collectia.se claiming that I have a payment to make to Apoex.se in Sweden on Jun 11, 2026. I received an email on Jun 12, 2026 from Apoex.se in Sweden for the first time, informing about the non availability for delivery of goods ordered. This in spite of the fact that the order was placed in April, 2026, Apoex could not deliver even in May 2026, as I was traveling out of Sweden till August, I contacted the customer service, Apoex.se and requested to hold delivery till I get back. Without any further communication from either Collectia.se or Apoex.se, Collectia sends a bill from a noreply email. Collectia.se website does not display any other contact possibilities, except for a landline number. Essentially no customer service if one is abroad! If Collectia is in business of contacting the public using a person's e-mail without that person's consent or knowledge, the business has the obligation to be available for contact using Collectia's business email. How the public can know who is this new entity, which was entirely unknown, is contacting them?
