Generally nice building in a very nice part of the city! Unfortunately there’s some details that management / staff could pay more attention to:
1. We arrived around 22.00 and asked for late check in details prior. Unfortunately we never got them and had to wait for ca. one hour, calling different people until our situation was solved and we got into our room around 23.00. Apparently this was due to a system error, which can happen but was not a great start to our stay. No compensation was given for this.
2. Rooms are only being cleaned if you put out a sign asking for it. This is fine, however even with room cleaning we never got new toilet paper and had to take some from the restaurant restroom on our last evening.
3. The decoration and furniture of the room is nice. However none of the lamps were assembled correctly and nearly feel apart if you touched them. We fixed this…
(Also, this is a question of taste, but for us the mattress was way too soft.)
4. Breakfast is nice but minimalist. A good „Sunday breakfast“ at home. I personally enjoyed this, even though it does get monotonous after day 2-3.
Overall lots of potential here. And if you get a good offer I‘d consider this. Otherwise maybe not…

Brandlarm gick igång I det lilla rummet utan fönster. Larmet satt i rummet så det lät otroligt högt och vi fick båda tinnitus. Ingen ursäkt för larmet utan det var bara "om ett tag är frukosten klar :)"
Lös så brandlarmet är I hallen iallafall och ge någon kompensation för detta så hade det varit bättre

Very clean and very kind service. Breakfast was pretty good. The only negative point was that it was a bit cold in the room constantly. The heaters didn't work either and there was a constant blow from the bathroom which in such a small room would make the entire room cold.

Väldigt fint rum med smakfulla detaljer.
Rummet kändes fint städat.
Lite stökigt med parkering i anslutning till hotellet. Fick gå en bit.

Här stiger du rakt in i 1730-talet, och även om Claes' skjutsställe genomgått många renoveringar genom 300 år, så sitter historien och helt klart kvar i väggarna. Här har folk ätit, druckit, dansat, ljugit, skrattat i århundraden.
Hotellrummen är kärleksfullt renoverade - supermoderna och tokbekväma men ändå blir man nästan Ulla Winbladsk av att få komma hit och bo!
The room had now windows but I did book it that way. Although it felt quite cramped inside with little space for organisation. Breakfast was nice and staff are very friendly with the bonus of it being in a nice neighbourhood.
I only spent one night here while passing through Stockholm but loved the hotel. It’s in a great location where I was able to get out and explore with the limited time that I had. The staff was amazing and I loved my room, it was very stylish, modern and clean with the best smelling products! I would definitely stay here again if/when I’m in Stockholm.
