Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Citybox Stockholm! L'hotel è moderno, pulito e curato, con un'ottima posizione che permette di visitare Stoccolma comodamente. La camera era confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff, sempre pronto ad aiutare e molto accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e un'esperienza assolutamente positiva. Se dovessi tornare a Stoccolma, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo Citybox! Consigliatissimo! ❤️🇸🇪

Very pricy for nothing. Do not recommend it. There are plenty of hotels in Stockholm with windows in the rooms and actual staff

We've stayed at 2 Citybox locations so far (Oslo and Stockholm), and both times it has been a really great experience! The check-in and check-out process is all digital (you do it yourself) and it's very quick and smooth, but staff is always available to help out if you ever need it. The room was spacious, clean, sound-proof, and had the basic necessities covered. You can get more of anything that you need (e.g., towels, pillows, etc), and there are even laundry and ironing rooms available. There wasn't a coffee machine in the room, but there was quite a good one available in the common area where you pay for each coffee. There are even umbrellas available for use. The staff is very helpful, and it's just a good vibe overall. There were only a couple of related issues we had that are worth mentioning as feedback. The shower doesn't have a door or curtain to keep the water contained, so it was very easy to get half of the bathroom floor wet and it became quite annoying to manage and clean up. And in our case, the shower drain was clogged, which made the issue much worse the first time around. But after mentioning the clogged drain at the reception, the issue was promptly resolved, but I would suggest making this part of the regular room cleaning process, as I could see this as a bigger problem for shorter stays. Overall, great experience! And I would definitely choose Citybox (when available) for my next stay.

Everything about it is awesome would highly recommend from the easy no contact check in to all the hooks for hanging in the room even for the blanket they have thought of everything

Basement rooms with no windows should be outlawed. Totally unsafe. If there was a fire anyone below sound be scrambling and it would not work out well. Hotel is in a good central location, and the staff were nice enough. Save a bit of money here ...I guess. Not impressed generally speaking.
