Při půjčení auta mě paní upozornila na poškrábaný přední nárazník což uvedla i do smlouvy. Auto jsem vrátil druhý den, přišel mi mail ať napíšu jak jsem byl spokojen a ihned nat obdalší, že jsem vrátil auto poškozené. Samozřejmě na předním nárazníku. Musel jsem cestovat přes celý Stockholm abych to vyřešil. Ani slovo omluvy nebo třeba nabídka slevy při příští vypůjčce. Naštěstí jsem si škrábanec vyfotil, jinak by to asi tak jednoduše nedopadlo.Myslím že Stockholmská pobočka Avis/Budget není ve správných rukou. A prosím Avis ať mi nepíše abych je kontaktoval. Pokud chtějí se mnou něco řešit, kontakt na mne mají.

Received a van with lots of damage and a flat tire. Got a different van with even more damage on all sides of the vehicle. It was impossible to compare all the existing damage with the contract, and the Budget/Avis reps on site were not interested in adding the missing damage to the contract. Also old open soda can and toothpicks were left in the vehicle from previous renter.
After returning the van, I received an email stating that I had been involved in an accident and had caused new damage to the vehicle.
This certainly gives the impression of a method for increasing revenue: renting out already damaged vehicles and then trying to squeeze as much extra as possible from the renter, either through additional insurance or charges for alleged new damage.

Per trovare gli uffici Budegt-Avis posti all’esterno della stazione dei treni di Stoccolma usate una app di navigazione (es maps), si fa presto a piedi, poi i garages con le auto si trovano in un seminterrato non lontano. Siamo in centro ad una grande citta’ quindi tutto si complica un po’ ma nulla di difficile. Per girare la Svezia anche in 2 forse conviene l’auto, i mezzi pubblici sono piuttosto cari, ovviamente in centro a Stoccolma molto meglio questi ultimi. Buono il servizio Avis Budget di questo autonoleggio comunque.

Encontrar la oficina de recogida es bastante complicado, pero lo peor vino después.
Cuando recogimos el vehículo, nos informaron de que ya tenía varios daños y nos recomendaron hacer fotografías para dejar constancia de su estado. Así lo hicimos.
Al devolver el coche, no había nadie para revisarlo, había que dejar las llaves en un cajetín. Días después, recibimos un correo en el que se nos responsabilizaba de unos daños que el vehículo ya tenía cuando lo recogimos.
Afortunadamente, habíamos hecho las fotografías que nos recomendaron y pudimos demostrar que esos daños ya estaban allí.
Lo mínimo que esperábamos después de aclarar la situación era recibir unas disculpas, pero seguimos esperando ese correo.
Una gestión que deja mucho que desear.

Fijne wagen, rustig aanspreekpunt. Groot minpunt: je hebt een shuttlebus nodig die wordt volgepropt naar de service. OP een kampeertrip met 2 kleine kinderen praktisch niet haalbaar. MIjn tip? Neem een taxi naar een verhuurpost net buiten de luchthaven die je echt van punt A naar B brengt.

Ik was wat ongerust na enkele slechte reviews gelezen te hebben maar de ervaring is enorm positief meegevallen. Ik had nog nooit met dergelijke technische auto gereden en het was een upgrade van hetgeen ik gevraagd had. Was bang voor extra kosten maar was niet nodig. Zelf was ik ook blij dat er een medewerker ons op wachtte om de inspectie van de auto nadien te doen alhoewel het een zondag was. Dus een 9/10 is zeker terecht.

central, quick, no pushy sales. I got a nice byd seal 6 hybrid (I booked a petrol estate car)
Negatives:
- 75 SEK per day “toll charge” (note that you only need to pay for the days you go through Stockholm, so you should calculate this in advance and tell them how many days you want, including pick up and drop off. This applies to any tolls, such as Stockholm which costs about 20 SEK to exit, or the sundvall bridge, which is actually only about 9 SEK, so they make a fantastic profit)
- drop off location is a NIGHTMARE so follow my directions. I got lost twice. The first timei got lost trying to get to the shop, as this is central Stockholm around the train station so lots of curvy roads on lots of levels all intertwining and splitting. Then, when i got to the shop I missed the turn. DIRECTIONS: The ship is on a corner of a main road. you must turn JUST BEHIND the shop into what looks like an underground garage, but is actually another underground road. Go SLOW as within 100m it joins another underground road and IMMEDIATELY after they join there is a 90 degree right turn and then another 90 degree right turn (you’ll be out in the sun light at this point) and the car garage is 200m on the left side.
