Börshuset in Malmö (often referred to as the Malmö Stock Exchange Building) is a prominent, historic landmark located at Skeppsbron, right next to the Central Station and facing the canal. Originally built in the 1860s, the building initially served as a grain exchange before transitioning into a customs and packing house during Malmö's golden era as a bustling port and trading city. A New Hub for Networking: The conference and coworking operator High Court runs the space, offering premium flexible workspaces, private offices, and state-of-the-art meeting rooms inside the historic halls. Architectural Masterpiece: The renovation beautifully restored its late 19th-century facade. At its core is a stunning, sunlit atrium covered by a mathematically complex, geometric glass roof (a Schüco Grid2Shell structure) that serves as the building’s central gathering point. Diverse Culinary Scene: The building features an array of dining options designed to transition from day to night. This includes the contemporary restaurant Como, the classic restaurant Margaux, a deli, and a curated wine kiosk.
