Perfect! The best breakfast, the most comfortable beds and incredible shower. Most helpful staff, a few minutes walk from the eriksplan station to get around.

Trevliga lokaler, bra frukost och helt ok rum men man kan inte anpassa värmen i rummen. 24 grader i rummet som inte går att ändra vilket gäller alla rum. Fick låna en portabel A/C men lät för mycket för att använda under natten.

No need to pay extra for window, the windows in this room face the other rooms. That's why you can't open the curtains. The employees are friendly.

Terrible atmosphere and hostile staff behavior Unfortunately, the main issue here isn’t a single isolated incident or individual employee, but a pervasive culture of hostility and basic unfriendliness across the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were never greeted or even looked at at reception. Breakfast was an equally uncomfortable experience. Coming in at 9:10 AM, we were immediately greeted with staff checking their watches. When the breakfast room was full and we asked if we could sit in the adjacent room, we were met with eye-rolling, making us feel like we were begging for a seat. To top it off, plates were cleared right in front of us while we were still eating, without a single word asked. It’s not just about the specific actions, but the awful, unwelcoming atmosphere created by the staff. A very disappointing experience.
