Christina has created a safe, clean, vibrant space to practice the 26&2 Bikram series. I had the opportunity to practice with Sven where his cadence and energy were on point! I could not be happier with my experience here.

Visiting this studio helped me to fix the chronic pain I was suffering for four years. Changed so many physiotherapist, doctors, and exercises, but only regular hot yoga sessions gave my body the strength and tonus required to start healing. Teachers and people who visit this studio are amazing. Many many thanks to their dedication and help.

This is hands down the best Bikram Yoga studio I have ever practiced at! The teachers are incredibly professional and skilled. I really appreciate that classes are offered in both English and Swedish, making it accessible and welcoming to everyone. The sense of community here is exceptional – everyone is friendly, supportive, and creates such a positive atmosphere. One thing that really stands out is the studio's commitment to bringing in international teachers for workshops. These special sessions add so much value and bring fresh perspectives and deeper knowledge to the practice. The studio is also impeccably clean and well-maintained. You can tell they take hygiene seriously, which makes such a difference when you are practicing hot yoga. If you are looking for a top-quality Bikram Yoga studio with professional instruction, a warm community and excellent facilities, this is the place! Highly recommend! 🧘‍♀️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
