Please be aware when you sell clothes to them. They start to refuse to give you vouchers on paper(Voucher is the only option to get values for clothes you sell. No cash back), while keep not sending you the vouchers via email. So you will need to go to the shop again and again to ask for transparency, and waste your time. You will only get an answer like “we will register the clothes and send you the voucher later”, always. I started to doubt if they deliberately do this trick to get their source for free. I would rather just donate those clothes to the store across the aisle or sell them to other stores. Good luck for the business, if they start to treat their sellers, who are the origin of the good selections, like this.

Hi there. Thanks for this valuable comment and we're sorry to hear you've been having issues with the process. We promise our methods aren't suspicious and i'll do my best to outline our process for you. Our store teams have dedicated staff which appraise buyback items. If this staff member isn't in, we know this can be inconvenient but often find it's better to leave a bag of clothes with us for future processing rather than drag it back home. Once the bag is processed, we look to see what we can resell instore and anything we can't is donated to various charities. All credit from a buyback is emailed to you for safety, directly from our backend systems. Although no system is 100% perfect, we'll do all we can to resolve an issue as soon and as carefully as possible. Our buyback scheme constitutes less than 0.5% of the stock we source so we promise it's not a case of us deliberately tricking you to get our stock for fee. We offer this service simply so that we can bring more people into the circular economy of fashion which is so important to us. Our buying team literally scour the world to bring the most diverse vintage stock we can to our wonderful customers. If you have any issues regarding this, you can always reach out on the chat function on our website rather than head to store and we'll quickly get to the bottom of any problems which may arise. Love this place! Funky and unique the ambience of this place screams coolness. The items they sell are always of high quality even though it’s “retro.“
