Całkiem spoko hotel. Przyjeżdżając po 19tej może być problem z parkowaniem, nawet na ulicy, która jest płatna od ósmej rano. Przy recepcji ogłoszenie, że przepraszają za hałas z powodu remontu. Trzy lata temu też tak było. Na szczęście nie hałasowali.

I had a good experiences with the receptionists. Very nice treatment, helpful and benevolent. In addition, I received a fantastic treatment from a very nice and service-oriented cleaning lady on the fifth floor. What a woman! She really had service in her backbone and almost deserves a bonus. Back to the review. The spa area was wonderful. Two whirlpools - one larger and one smaller - and a pool of at least 10 meters. There were chairs and tables for a little cozy hanging out with company, a steam sauna and a regular sauna, and not to forget a foot bath. There were also drinks: hot tea and coffee for those who wanted it, or ice water when thirsty. Just as it should be. The hotel was otherwise neat, tidy, clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was well-stocked and had a lot to choose from – hot, cold, liquid or solid. As it should be! Here too, the staff was very nice and fast. But then there was the bed… I did get a queen-size bed. Maybe nothing to complain about for someone who sleeps alone or has a quiet partner. But if you have a significant other who rotates 24/7 and also acts as a human sauna… well, then it will be a challenge. 😂 There was a room fan, but what would it really do against a double duvet adapted for winter climates? The result was that I slept about as many hours in total as I can count on one hand – over two nights. 🥵 The bed unfortunately set the standard for this stay – along with the duvets. I had a very pleasant stay overall, especially thanks to the great service from the staff and the fantastic spa area. 🌸
