Overall, a pleasant stay at a beautiful and generally well-maintained hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and the property itself has a lovely atmosphere. The service was decent, although there is definitely room for improvement. A special mention goes to the bartender from Berlin, who was absolutely outstanding. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness were exceptional. Nothing to complain about there. My main criticism is the spa policy. For a hotel that presents itself as a spa and wellness resort, I find it rather disappointing that access to the spa comes at an additional charge, especially when guests are expected to pay again each day. In my opinion, spa access should either be included in the room rate or the additional costs should be made much clearer. All in all, a beautiful hotel with plenty of potential, but the service and spa pricing could certainly be improved to match the overall concept and expectations.

The room itself is excellent, and we have always been satisfied with the accommodation. Unfortunately, our experience with the security staff was extremely disappointing. We were not even allowed to enter the lobby and had to stand outside in the rain, arguing with the security guard, simply because we wanted to order a pizza at the Impasto restaurant. The security guard was extremely unfriendly and showed absolutely no courtesy or willingness to help. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that our company has been booking rooms at this hotel every year. You would expect a much more professional and welcoming attitude towards guests, especially those who have supported the hotel for years. Unfortunately, this incident has completely changed our view of the hotel. As a result, our company will most likely no longer book here from next year onwards. A great room cannot make up for such poor treatment of guests. Management should seriously reconsider how its security staff communicate with people and represent the hotel.

Jättefint och fräscht hotell med mycket häftig design, en upplevde i sig att besöka. Tyvärr lämnade servicen en del att önska då det var väntetider vid både in- och utcheckning samt till middag, spa och frukost. Kändes som det var underbemannat. Även maten lämnade en del att önska där middagen var undersaltad och vegetariska alternativen var ganska tråkiga.
