⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic store with absolutely amazing customer service! I visited today looking for an adapter for my stroller that I hadn’t been able to find anywhere else. The two gentlemen working there were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful, and they really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. A special thank you to the middle-aged gentleman, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. 🙏 The store also has a great and very complete selection of products. I finally found the adapter I had been searching for, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Excellent service, great selection, and wonderful staff. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this store! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a very positive experience at this baby products store. We visited a few days ago to choose a car seat for our child, and Fredrik was extremely friendly and helpful. He patiently explained the different models and helped us find the one that suited us best. Since using the new car seat, our child has gone from crying every time we got in the car to falling asleep peacefully during the ride. We are very happy with our purchase and really appreciate the great service.

They sold me a stroller, with accessories and said there was delivery. Turns out their delivery driver is on holiday this entire month. I had to travel for 2 hours to pick it up and the cup holder they sold me with my stroller doesn't fit. Now I have to spend money and 2 more hours to go back to hand it to them.

A few months back we were sold a stroller and some accessories for it. We had an employee pick the accessories for us, so naturally we expected the accessories to fit the stroller. Now as we picked our order up, the cup holder does not actually fit the stroller we were sold. The store is an hour away from us. The store does not want to pay for shipping back the cup holder, and expects us, with a newborn and without a car, to travel an hour to them to return it. Again, an employee picked up the cup holder for us with the promise the cup holder fits our selected stroller. Now we are told to kick rocks. Horrid service but I suppose that's what you get for the cheaper prices.

Väldigt fin butik, rekommenderar denna stark. Stort utbud, man kommer alltid ut med något. Uppskattar verkligen deras vår/ höst kalas. Dessutom väldigt familjär och kompetent inom baby branchen🌸🥰
