Too often we read issues at car reception or scam at the return, with additional charges, not returned deposit... So i guess it's important to note when all goes a way better than you expected! Zandra at Avis made the impossible for us, got a wonderful car while we changed our dates and is always answering phone or mail with a positive and true wish to help. Scandinavian countries are famous for being high on service but this is just top of the top and i can only recommend Avis Skellefteå and super skills of Zandra! We'll be definitely back!
