När ni inte kan fixa en trasig kortläsare på över 1 vecka, så ger det inga pluspoäng. Hur j........la svårt kan det vara??????? Ingen som helst kundservice. Och Banken bara skyller på er, så j....la smidigt

En säkerhetsrisk att inte kunna sätta…

En säkerhetsrisk att inte kunna sätta in och ta ut kontanter. Fick åka till grannkommunen som är en större stad men även där fick jag leta eftersom alla uttagsautomater inte var i drift. Katastrof är nog ordet jag kan använda för servicen.

Bor i Göteborg

Bor i Göteborg, det är ändå Sveriges näst största stad men det är omöjligt att sätta in pengar ibland. Eftersom det finns ingen bankomat i min stadsdel Gamlestaden. Dom tog bort den som var på stationen här, helt sanlöst när man behöver fler så tog dom bort den sista och inte heller kan man sätta in och måste då åka in till centrum. I flera veckor så har det inte gått att sätta in, 3 automater och varje gång avstängd. Fy vad ni sköter det här fruktansvärt dåligt och ni sätter mig i enorma problem när jag inte kan betala.

This frivolous company should never exist!

Is the closest ATM out of order? Don't think another ATM nearby will serve you! I wanted to get some cash out from my debit card, but I was unable to get it from all ATMs in Kinna (Skene is included). There is an ATM about 500 metres from where I live, so I went over there as usual to get some cash, but the ATM was out of order. A different ATM is at Kinna square, so I took a bike ride over there in case if I can get cash from there, but that ATM, about five kilometres from home, was also out of order. There are only two ATMs in Kinna, located about five kilometres from each other, and at that day, none of them was working. The company of Bankomat is responsible for all ATMs in Kinna. In Sweden, there's an authority called Civil Protection and Emergency Preparedness Agency. This authority tells Swedish citizens to have cash in amounts needed for one week in case card payment option is out of order. How shall citizens get the cash needed for this crisis scenario if there are no working ATMs? And if you think that this happened only once and only in Kinna, think again! Everywhere in Sweden, ATMs of Bankomat are out of order for weeks or even months. By shutting down their ATMs, Bankomat make people unable to get the cash they need for crisis. How does this add up with the Civil Protection and Emergency Preparedness Agency telling people to get cash needed for no less than one week? Bankomat should get punished for every single ATM being out of order in every single day, not to be allowed by authorities to act like this. While I had problem to get my cash in May, I just happened to have a solution at home. Bottles and cans in Sweden have refundable deposit. Whenever you buy yourself something to drink here in Sweden, you pay not only for the drink itself or combined with the package itself, but also the deposit for the package. If you return the can or bottle to the store once it's emptied, you get a deposit refund. This is how it works in theory. Now let's talk about the practical aspect. People buy themselves those drinks, but they don't return their cans and bottles back to the store. Many cans and bottles end up littering around on streets, squares and in the nature. If bottles and cans are not damaged too much, you can actually get it home and earn the refundable deposit that's been paid by those who litter. People who buy their drinks also pay the refundable deposit, so they lose even more money if they don't keep their cans and bottles to return them to the store. If that ends up littering around, I pick that up and take it home to myself. The refundable deposit ends up as a small earning in my wallet this way, while the most important thing is the fact that I keep the nature clean from bottles and cans. I had some 240 litre bags full of bottles and cans, so while I was unable to get cash from all ATMs nearby, I took one or two of these bags and returned the cans and bottles to a grocery store nearby. The cash that I got from the store wasn't really for a crisis scenario to have for one week, but it was enough at least for a haircut, which now costs around 300 crowns in Skene. Now Bankomat says they are working hard to solve all the problems with ATMs being out of order, and that the situation with around 25-30 percent of all ATMs being out of order is unacceptable, and the CEO even “apologizes” for this situation to happen, but what if the crisis strikes before people even are able to get the cash they need? This situation is unacceptable indeed, but if Bankomat really work for a solution to this problem, maybe it would be better if they did more to solve the problem, rather than talking about solutions that can't be seen everywhere in Sweden. But if Bankomat's ATMs shall be out of order, I go somewhere else to get the cash that I need for no less than one week. While people are unable to get cash from ATMs of Bankomat, people have been going to grocery stores to get cash from there instead, but now even grocery retail chains have started with limitations on customers and how much cash they can get from stores. Some stores have been reported in media to have limited customers to cash out no more than 200 crowns! Now some other companies reacted to all of these bad news. One of those companies is Forex. Forex works with currency exchange, getting Swedish cash is also possible in their offices. Usually Forex charge additional 50 crowns for cashing out in their offices, but right now Forex allow people to come to get Swedish cash from them, which is now free of additional charges until 31 August of 2025. Perhaps I'll go to Forex to get some Swedish cash in the next few days instead of going to Bankomat's ATMs that might be out of order. Use available possibilities instead of looking for ATMs being out of order.

Företaget Bankomats oseriös?

Att Företaget Bankomats anledning skulle vara varför bankomaterna, är obegripligt där de skriver på facebook ”grundproblemet är att det system vi använder för att räkna pengar inte fungerar som det ska” är helt otroligt, (och fyndigt nog har det blockerat för att kunna framföra åsikter på facebook) hur lång tid ska det behöva ta att ordna det, vad är det för företag egentligen som är så dålig att de ställer till en massa problem för invånarna i Sverige, det har ju fungerat tills Företaget Bankomats togs över eller? Jag undrar hur det är med kunskapen/inställningen/bemötande och kundperspektiv, känns inte som ett seriöst företag. Nu står vi utan uttagsautomat sedan EN MÅNAD!!! och turisterna är på väg😠
