The food tasted good, but overall I expected more for 164 SEK. I had the Dolores Guacamole Bowl with pulled beef. The flavours were nice, but the amount of beef felt quite small compared with the amount of rice, salad and toppings. I finished the protein long before the rest of the bowl. The biggest disappointment for me was that the pulled beef was very cold. I would have enjoyed the bowl much more with warm beef, giving some contrast to all the cold ingredients. The whole thing also felt a little like ingredients that had already been prepared and were simply assembled quickly. Nothing wrong with that for a quick lunch, but at this price I expected a little more care and a better overall experience. The restaurant itself looks nice, but the table we sat at was still dirty when we arrived, which also affected the experience. Tasty enough for a quick lunch, but considering the price, cold beef, small protein portion and cleanliness, 3/5 for me.
