More than €11,000 worth of goods never received
In May 2022, our company, AMI Exim s.r.o. (Czech Republic), paid €13,777.64 to Hundecentr / Ystad Hundcenter (Sweden) for Pure Paws products. At the time, we had already been working with this company for several years and had successfully completed previous orders. Based on this long-term business relationship, we trusted the supplier and paid the invoice as requested. Unfortunately, we received goods worth only €2,171.92. Products with a value of €11,605.72 were never delivered. We repeatedly attempted to contact the company regarding the missing goods and the outstanding balance, but the matter was never satisfactorily resolved. The situation resulted in a significant financial loss for our company and brought an end to a business relationship that had existed for several years. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend doing business with this company and would advise other businesses to exercise caution when making substantial advance payments.
