Ystad Konstmuseum is a small but truly impressive museum. The exhibitions are extraordinarily well curated, with an excellent collection and a small yet meaningful contemporary exhibition. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A cultural attraction that should definitely not be missed when visiting Ystad!

It’s a nice, small museum - perfect for a rainy afternoon. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They let us bring our pram (stroller with a carrycot) inside and kindly pointed out a few rooms that wouldn't be accessible with it, which we really appreciated. Our daughter absolutely loved the portrait room, she couldn't take her eyes off the faces! My personal favorite was the video artwork “Olas trädgård“, it felt so peaceful and meditative. Since they have temporary exhibitions, we’d happily visit again if we are back in the area.
