If I tell staff that there is an issue with the food (black burned, tasted bitter), it is incredibly rude that staff bring it to the kitchen to judge whether or not I'm correct. Staff first told me I was wrong despite both of mine and my friends taiyaki being burned. Claimed that it was the iron that "colored the outside" cause their first attempt was burned. For which I suggest to clean your equipment before you make a new one. Saw another customer who also got a black one when it shouldn't be served in the first place. It's a terrible policy to ask kitchen staff if the customer is wrong - it's against konsumentverkets policy. In short words, with the risk of sounding rude: I paid for it, I have the right to return food that hasn't been prepared correctly. Even more rude that when one of us make a review bringing up the issue, they excuse the staffs behavior that treated us as a nuisance even though we tried to bring up the issue nicely. Which is why I'm adding my experience in a review myself. I still haven't got paid back money for the taiyaki which they promised.

Ordered taiyaki and dango with matcha latte. The dango and matcha latte were fine, 7/10. However, the taiyaki were quite burned. When we notified the staff they said "We will look at them in the kitchen.". Staff returns and says we are wrong and they are in fact not burned. They tasted bitter and extremely burned. Staff were very unhelpful and borderline rude. EDIT: Upon our third time notifying the staff we finally recieved a refund for the taiyaki. They did make us feel very uncomfortable about it though and it should really not require three attempts.

One of the coziest and best spots in Uppsala! The ramen has a unique, delicious flavor, the prices are great, and all the drinks are fantastic.

Really good tea place ( as a tea enthusiast I can say that with full confidence!) we ordered straberry mochi, peanut mooncake, onigiri and two drinks and everything was really good! This place was way more authentic and well done than many places I visited in Stockholm. Staff was so kind! When I said that I’m allergic to milk - the waiter made sure everything was milk free and was really profesional and caring! And he really explain what contains milk and what doesn’t! (Also! Strawberry-matcha mochi tasted so great! You really couldn’t say that it was vegan!) I would recommend to everyone visiting Uppsala!

Otroligt mysigt! Mysigt ställe att plugga på om man vill käka och gillar asiatisk mat. Älskar platserna vid dom stora fönsterna ut mot gatan eftersom att man kan sitta där lite för sig själv. Stort utbud på drycker varav alla jag har druckit har varit mycket goda. Trevlig personal!

Ett måste när man är i Uppsala och gillar asiatisk mat. Trevligt tehus/butik med riktigt prisvärda luncher. Blev två besök, en lunch och så en fika med lite tilltugg. Lokalen i sig kanske ej den mysigaste men de har lyckats någorlunda bra med tanke på de enorma fönster som tar upp mycket.
