I booked a single studio room, although the room is not really a studio (which would usually have an attached kitchenette and living space). It is just a regular room with a single bed. However, given the price, one really can't complain. I was initially worried about accessing the property without an on-site reception, however, the instructions were pretty easy to follow. The customer service team was also very prompt to respond to queries on the booking site. Overall, cheap and cheerful.

I stayed here for three nights while attending a conference in Gothenburg. The accommodation is located in a charming old wooden building that has been converted into holiday apartments. Everything was very clean, and the self-check-in process was simple and convenient. There is a shared kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. My room also had a small fridge and an electric kettle, which was a nice touch. There are a few things worth mentioning, though. The sound insulation could be better, especially in my room facing the street. In the morning, I could easily hear students walking to school and cars passing by. The room also felt a little drafty. The bathroom ventilation runs continuously and cannot be switched off. While this is understandable for preventing moisture buildup, it also seems to draw cold outdoor air in through the windows. I visited in autumn, and the radiator was barely warm to the touch. Perhaps the heating works better during winter. Fortunately, the duvet was very warm and comfortable, so sleeping under it was not a problem at all. Overall, I think the accommodation offers reasonable value for money. For a solo traveler on a short business trip, like myself, it’s a perfectly suitable option. I’m not sure how comfortable it would be for a family holiday, though. A pleasant stay overall, with a few areas that could be improved!

The studio 901 is really close to the entrance door, which means that you can hear the door opening and closing (loud noise) every time someone comes in/out. Suggestion would be a second door separating the main entrance from the rest of the building Also when someone on the studios above are using the shower or toilet the water pressure noise is really loud. I woke up several times during my stay because of those noise and the door slamming. The kitchen is ok, there should be a smaller frying pan. The ones they have are too big when is just one person cooking. The mini fridge in the room is not really a mini fridge, it doesn’t cool things, it just keeps the temperature. And is too big for the size of the room. There is a school on the corner so if you want silence that’s not the best place The rest is ok. Close to tram station, mini market and the park

This apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with a kitchen. It’s located in a quiet and pleasant area. However, there’s one downside: the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well unfortunately.

A nice, cosy place with walking distance to the centre. Easy check-in, nice and clean rooms. Even parking for a few cars.

No surprises, cute and pleasant room and amenities. Quiet and peaceful. Close as to walking distance to everything I wanted to see.
